Refund and Cancellation Policy

At jericmoreno.com, I am committed to delivering high-quality technical services, including Systems Architecture, Web Development, and Data Research. Because these involve custom technical labor and digital deliverables, our policy is as follows:

1. General No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and products (including but not limited to custom code, research reports, and technical configurations), all sales are final. Once a project has been initialized or a digital asset has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

2. Eligibility for Refunds (Delayed Delivery)

A refund may only be requested under the following specific condition:

• Unannounced Delay: If the final delivery of a service or product exceeds the agreed-upon deadline without prior notice or a mutually agreed-upon extension.

• If a delay occurs due to technical complexities, I will inform you immediately to adjust the timeline. If I fail to provide this notice and the deadline passes, you are entitled to a full or partial refund at my discretion.

3. Cancellation of Service

You may request to cancel an ongoing service contract within 24 hours of the initial order, provided that the work has not yet commenced.

• To cancel, you must notify me via email at me@jericmoreno.com.

• Once technical work (scoping, environment setup, or coding) has started, the initial deposit or full payment becomes non-refundable.

4. Third-Party Products (Affiliates)

Please note that for any infrastructure or tools purchased through affiliate links on this site (such as Hostinger, Porkbun, or Cloudflare):

• These purchases are subject to the refund policies of the respective third-party vendors.

• Jeric Moreno is not responsible for processing refunds or managing disputes for services provided by these external platforms.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

• Personalized/Custom Services: Any work made to your specific technical specifications.

• Digital Downloads: Any PDF reports, code snippets, or architecture blueprints once the download link has been accessed.

• Consultation Fees: Time spent on technical calls or advisory sessions.

6. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved due to an unannounced delay, we will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day the refund was approved. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
